The hotels price in our web is valid only for Egyptian and resident foreigner and not applicable for any other nationality

A copy of Marriage certificate will be required upon check in, otherwise no check in will be allowed

A copy of Child birth certificate will be required upon check in

In Case of No-Show or cancellation, hotel’s cancelation and no-show policy will be applied 

In case of complaint; please contact us directly to act according with the hotel management

Any complaint that is submitted after check out, may be rejected and the claimant shall forfeit its right to any (damage or cost) compensation
